In the pilgrimage records, after the visit of Imam Hussain, peace be upon him, the companions of Imam Hussain, peace be upon him, are mentioned. The important point of this pilgrimage is that Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, uses high expressions of the infallible people, peace be upon them, such as "your father and nation" in describing the companions of Imam Hussain, peace be upon them, which shows the elevation of their status. The purpose of this research is to provide an analysis of this interpretation of Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) with the method of ijtihad (inferential analysis). This research has used the documentary method to collect information; For this reason, firstly, the role of Companions in pilgrimages and especially the pilgrimage of heirs has been investigated, then the role of Companions in the incident of Ashura Bayan, and then the reason for special emphasis on the discussion of Companions and its management implications has been analyzed. The results of the research show that in the perspective of religion, worthy followers have a prominent and decisive role. One of the other achievements of this research is the special attention given to the issue of followers in an organization and society, which, if placed next to a competent leader, can be the source of great and influential events. This approach will be inspiring and effective for managers and is considered one of the prerequisites of the emerging era.
