This study aims to investigate the role and importance of the prophets and the fourteen infallibles in the beliefs and rituals of the Takhtachi Alavis. The study specifically examines the influence of the prophets and imams on the religious structure, rituals, and teachings of the Alavis and their relationship with Sufism. To achieve this goal, historical and religious texts of the Alavis and analyses of researchers in the field of Sufism were used. Sources such as poems, prayers, and religious texts of the Alavis that claim a close relationship with the prophets and imams were examined. Also, the works of researchers on the Takhtachi Alavis and the position of the prophets in them were evaluated. The findings of this article are that the Takhtachi Alavis, in particular, consider the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as a central and important figure in the Ascension and Alavis rituals. The beginning and end of most Alavis rituals are marked by mentioning the name of the Prophet and the Bismillah, indicating his importance. Imamate, as the continuation of the path of the Prophet in carrying out divine commands, has a special place among the Takhtachi Alawites. Imams from the descendants of the Prophet, and in particular the Twelve Imams, have been chosen by God as infallible leaders, and Alawites believe in the Mahdism and return of the twelfth Imam. In Alawite rituals, such as the congregational ritual, the rosary, and the prayers recited by religious leaders, the position of prophethood and imamate is depicted, and these rituals begin and end with the mention of the names of the Prophet and the Imams.
