In this article, mystical monotheism has been investigated based on the foundations of ontology, epistemology and anthropology in the thought of Imam Khomeini )RA( and Seyyed Haydar Amoli and based on the comparative research method and using library resources. Also, this research was done with the aim of obtaining a new perspective on mystical monotheism and its levels, by comparing two masters of mystical opinion and focusing on this question: what is the theoretical basis of the three theoretical principles of mystical monotheism from the perspective of Seyyed Haydar Amoli and Imam Khomeini )RA( In the spiritual field, what are the types and degrees of monotheism and what have been the consequences of accepting each point of view?
Through the conducted research, it was found that: Imam Khomeini )RA( believes that "monotheism" means "recognizing God as unity and simplicity in the end" and also likeSeyyed Heidar believes that human understanding and cognition fall short of comprehending the essence of the unique truth of God, and no one can truly know the unique essence of God. In contrast, Imam Khomeini emphasizes that monotheism is the foundation of all human knowledge. Regarding the ranks and degrees of monotheism, Seyyed Haider Amoli divides monotheism into divine and existential and considers true monotheism to include both, but Imam Khomeini )RA( interprets and analyzes monotheism on the threefold monotheism of essence, attributes and actions.
